About us
I got started with my nutrition when I was diagnosed with PCOD. I consulted many doctors and took various medications for the treatment. But all seemed in vain, then I started focussing on my diet and lifestyle. I started seeing the results and that's when I decided to make a career out of it. I am a K11 Human Performance Nutrition certified and have been helping people with their nutrition and lifestyle.
The ProcessHow Madhuri Sathe Nutrition worksWe plan your Diet and Lifestyle according to your schedules and routine not affecting your work and choices.We don’t recommend any medications and supplements. We practice pure nutrition and healthy habits.

Pre-consultation stage
Let us know your requirements!- You can enroll for the consultation to help us figure out your eating habits, exercise routine, expectations from us and health parameters which are important for you.
- Either you can enroll for free consultation (Our team will speak to you) or you can go for paid consultation (10 minutes one on one session with Ms. Madhuri Sathe).

Consultation stage
- You start off with a fitness assessment which allows us to understand your current fitness levels.
- This is followed by weekly interactions where we work together on devising an eating pattern that is sustainable and a culture fit.
- During the appointments we review and alter your meal and exercise plans as needed
- Phone, WhatsApp and email support is provided throughout the program for your queries.
- Special meal planning for special occasions like work travel, WFH, holiday, wedding, festivals, etc.

Post-consultation stage
- We maintain a lifelong relation with you and provide support anytime you need.
- A post-consultation document summarizing all the learnings from the program and also practical guidelines for most of the situations you will face going forward
